To accept a client for community nursing care RALLY Healthcare undertakes a range of assessment functions including intake and screening, general assessment and where appropriate, service specific specialist assessment.

Intake and screening is undertaken by RALLY Healthcare nurses who have received education and training to undertake home nursing assessments.
